My mobile phone is from end 2002 which probably beats you lot. I hardly ever use it, but one feature I'd like on my next one is an internal mini diary type thing. This probably has a technical name that I am so far unaware of.

2002. Probably still has telex. I still prefer a paper diary that fits into my pockets. Doesn't run out of power just when you need it.
Its called IMDTT, which stands for Internal Mini Diary Type Thing.
