so, hugs all round if you are suffering from one or more of the below:

Lack of funds.
Inability to sleep.
Weight problems.
Problem with partner (or indeed no visible partner at present).
Physical Pain.
Stress.
Rubbish happening to you in real life that you don't know how to deal with.
Other misc. family problems.
Friends using you as their free Psychiatrist which is stressing you out.
The feeling that you never quite lived up to your own expectations.
Problems with co-workers and bosses inc. bullying at work.

Please feel free to add any others I may have carelessly failed to mention... I hope you are not all ticking too many of these boxes esp. at gone midnight in Blighty.

Actually, I think if you are ticking three or fewer boxes you aren't doing too badly! ~just a view.
